- Must be within the 1st year of purchase
- Provide copy of sales receipt or other documentation for proof or purchase
- Upload image of product label
- Once our customer service team has received and approved your replacement, you will receive an email with the replacement process instructions
- Customer will be asked to provide a Credit Card (for payment if defective product is not returned to Kaidi Electrical within 15 business days of receiving replacement). If defective product is not returned the customer will be charged the full price of the new product.
- Replacement will be shipped to customer along with a return shipping label for the defective product.
- Once defective product is received into our warehouse the customer will receive a confirmation of completion email.
